General Description of the Service

DSP Autopilot is an AI-powered SaaS platform that automates AdOps processes, replacing manual campaign management with autonomous planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSPs. It includes features like briefing parsing (via LLM for inputs like email/ZIP/JSON/CSV), KPI-driven optimization (CTR, CPC, Viewability), safety modes (DRY_RUN/MANUAL_APPLY/AUTO_APPLY), and integrations with tools like CM360 for reporting. The service is delivered as a cloud-based subscription model, emphasizing usability, security, and scalability for B2B users.

Type of Service Provided

Provision of Services: Yes – DSP Autopilot provides ongoing, dynamic services through a subscription-based SaaS model. This includes continuous AI-driven automation, real-time monitoring, and optimization, without a fixed, one-time deliverable.

Provision of Work Services: No – The app does not deliver a specific, tangible work product (e.g., a custom software deliverable). Instead, it offers access to an ongoing platform for automation.

Explanations on the Execution of the Service

Description and Specification of the Service

Description of the Service: DSP Autopilot is an AI-based SaaS application designed to replace senior AdOps managers by automating programmatic campaign management. Key specifications:

Core Features: Autonomous campaign setup from briefings, 24/7 monitoring and KPI optimization (e.g., multi-objective with weights), DSP-agnostic integrations (initially DV360/CM360, extensible to Adform/TTD/Xandr), safety guardrails (budget limits, modes for control), and usability tools (Pydantic validation).

Note: The app is primarily designed for B2B use, so focus is on agencies and businesses to minimize complexity, while adhering to relevant regulations including those for consumers where applicable (e.g. regarding cancellation).

Compliance Status

We are committed to digital accessibility and aim to make our website fully accessible to all users. Therefore, we are continuously working to fully implement the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV).

Our website implements the requirements according to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG):

DSP Autopilot is designed with accessibility in mind to ensure that it is usable by as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We have implemented the following measures in accordance with the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) at level AA:

  • Responsive Design: The app uses Bootstrap 5/Tailwind CSS for mobile-friendly layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and devices, ensuring usability on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Alternative Text for Images: All images (e.g., logos, icons) include descriptive alt tags (e.g., alt="DSP Autopilot Logo") for screen readers.
  • Keyboard Navigation: Full keyboard accessibility with focus indicators, tab navigation, and no keyboard traps, allowing users to navigate forms, buttons, and links without a mouse.
  • Color Contrast: High contrast ratios (at least 4.5:1 for text) for readability, with dark mode options to reduce eye strain.
  • Screen Reader Compatibility: Semantic HTML (H1/H2 tags, ARIA labels for interactive elements like forms and accordions) tested with tools like NVDA and VoiceOver.
  • Form Accessibility: Labels for all fields, required fields marked with ARIA-required, error messages readable by screen readers (e.g., "This field is required").
  • No Flashing Content: Animations are subtle and can be paused/reduced via prefers-reduced-motion media query.
  • Language and Structure: English as primary language with lang="en" attribute; clear headings, lists, and logical content flow.

We are committed to continuous improvement and plan regular audits to maintain compliance. However, please note that full accessibility may vary depending on user configurations and third-party integrations (e.g., DSP APIs). If you encounter barriers, contact us at support@dsp-autopilot.com. We recommend consulting a legal expert for specific compliance verification.
